SWAP is a program designed to provide community activities and social engagement for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD) from ages 12-21.
The cost is $10 per activity and there are five participant spots available for each.
• Where: Northtown Mall, Riverfront Park, Kendall Yards, Boulder Beach, Manito Park and more!
• Morning and afternoon sessions are offered
• When: 10 a.m.-noon or 1-3 p.m. July 19-22, July 26-29, August 2-5, August 9-12, August 16-19, August 23-26

This is your acknowledgment that you have familiarized yourself with the description of the activities, understand the hazards, and the participant's personal limitations and knowingly assume all risks. Submitting this form is your acknowledgment that you have read and understand this liability waiver and understand that you are waiving any claim you may have against The Arc of Spokane and any associates for any harm sustained as a result of any activity for which you are registering a minor child.
